The Business Services Technology Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that the technologies supporting these services are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with the firm’s strategic needs. Role Overview The Business Services Technology Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of all technologies that support BlackRock’s Global Business Services program. This leader oversees the strategy, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the firm’s Business Services technology ecosystem, partnering closely with internal technology teams, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders. This role requires strong technical depth, program management expertise, vendor oversight experience, and the ability to lead complex, high‑visibility initiatives across a global organization.
