NAS Recruitment is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to drive net new client acquisition and accelerate revenue growth. This is a pure hunter role focused on building pipeline, developing new relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals. While this role carries a VP title to support executive-level access and credibility, it is an individual contributor (IC) position with no direct reports. The ideal candidate brings experience selling into Talent Acquisition, HR, and Recruitment Marketing leaders, with a proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles and deliver net new revenue.
