Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and accomplished individual to lead with a strong focus on either Databricks or AWS (Amazon Web Services). The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and strategic expertise in one of the two platforms, though experience across both Databricks and AWS is highly preferred. In this strategic role, you will drive our Databricks/AWS differentiated offerings, presales and solutioning efforts in the AWS/ Databricks Business Group. You will collaborate closely with the Databricks /AWS global alliance lead and specialized sales team, to drive joint go-to-market efforts that leverage our proprietary intellectual property (IP) in our chosen industry and process focus areas. Your leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our partnership with Databricks /AWS and enhancing our global presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of at least 8 years in senior leadership roles within a technology consulting, system integration, or related field.
  • In-depth expertise in Databricks /AWS services, architecture, and cloud solutions, with certifications being a plus.
  • Knowledge and Experience in the Databricks /AWS ecosystem
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovation and transformative change.
  • Experience in developing and launching successful joint go-to-market initiatives with technology partners.
  • Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Offerings and Solutions:
  • Define and own the existing and future set of offerings with Databricks /AWS we take to market
  • Work closely with R&D teams, marketing and sales to create and take these offerings to market.
  • Provide Presales and Solutioning support to the sales organizations
  • Work closely with clients both as part of the GTM motion as well as on the project delivery part
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver to the the value proposition of the Databricks CoE and its contribution to the organization's growth.
  • Own the talent strategy and build for the Genpact's Databricks /AWS business
  • Global Alliance Collaboration:
  • Partner with the Databricks /AWS global alliance lead to cultivate and nurture an effective relationship that aligns with mutual goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate on joint initiatives, sharing insights and perspectives to enhance the partnership's impact.
  • Proprietary IP Utilization:
  • Leverage the proprietary intellectual property (IP) owned by the company in our chosen industry and process focus areas to create differentiated offerings on the Databricks /AWS platform.
  • Drive the identification, assessment, and development of solutions that merge our IP with Databricks /AWS services.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that showcase the combined strengths of our company and Databricks /AWS.
  • Develop compelling messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools to support business development efforts.
  • Solution Development:
  • Lead a team of experts to architect, design, and develop innovative solutions that harness the capabilities of Databricks /AWS while incorporating our industry-specific insights and IP.
  • Ensure solutions align with best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Thought Leadership:
  • Establish the Databricks /AWS Business Group as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to webinars, whitepapers, industry events, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Drive engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and expertise.
  • Performance Measurement:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success and impact of Databricks /AWS Business Group initiatives.
  • Regularly report on progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
