The Vice President, Issuer Account Management will set and drive the Account Management teams’ client retention and growth strategies that meet the Issuer and Broadridge strategic vision. He/She is responsible for multiple Issuer product offerings including accountability for client retention and growth through cross and upsell activities to existing clients. The team reporting to the VP is the key client interface to the primary client contact and the client team supporting or working with the key client contact. Expertise required includes extensive Broadridge, industry and product knowledge. In addition, the ideal candidate will excel at cross functional interaction with direct team members, as well as product, service, operations, and finance. Demonstrate leadership including reinforcing corporate strategy and goals, encouraging positive Broadridge first behavior, and discouraging negative behavior
