What You’ll Do: Be the face of our clinic! Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming environment. Deliver outstanding client service. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions about services, products, and pet care. Be a problem solver. Help manage client concerns with patience, empathy, and efficiency. Keep things running smoothly. Maintain accurate client and patient records, process payments, and ensure efficient communication between pet owners and our veterinary team. Stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfort handling animals in a clinical environment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Veterinary or animal care experience preferred
• Experience with Cornerstone preferred
• Familiarity with canine & feline vaccines preferred
• Previous veterinary or hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
• Assist veterinary staff with basic patient handling and treatment support
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, and invoicing
• Support overall clinic operations as needed
• Maintain a multi-use phone line system
