Green Mountain Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Green Mountain Animal Hospital is hiring a front desk agent to join our growing team! We are a four-doctor small-animal practice in Golden. Our practice has a high-energy atmosphere, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are a general practice that offers services including wellness, senior care, cold laser therapy, nutritional counseling, specialty soft-tissue surgery, orthopedics, advanced dentistry, and much more. We prioritize both technical and professional staff development, but also value a work/life balance. We know a happy, healthy staff is essential to comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
- Check patients in/out and ensure accurate client and patient information
- Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
