About The Position

Briargate Boulevard Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Requirements

2+ years of veterinary receptionist experience (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
A friendly, dependable, and professional approach
A positive attitude and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and pets, and create a warm, positive first impression
Manage scheduling, phone calls, and client communication
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Support the veterinary team and keep the front desk running smoothly
Deliver exceptional client service every step of the way
