Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working around animals of all sizes and temperaments

Nice To Haves

  • Prior reception or veterinary experience is a plus (but not required!)

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
  • Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area
