About The Position
Norwell Veterinary Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Are you an animal lover with great people skills? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! If you’re passionate about helping pets and their people, we’d love to hear from you! Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working around animals of all sizes and temperaments
Nice To Haves
- Prior reception or veterinary experience is a plus (but not required!)
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
- Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area
