About The Position

As a Veterinary Ophthalmologist, you will specialize in advanced diagnostics and microsurgery to preserve and restore vision for animal patients. As well as collaborating with a team of Specialists, Residents, and interns, as well as experienced veterinary nurses. This role is best suited for a candidate recently boarded or experienced specialist, offering the opportunity to contribute to teaching and mentorship while enjoying flexible work arrangements and the lifestyle benefits of living in Australia.

Requirements

  • A board-certified diplomate of ACVO or ECVO or fellowship of the ANZCVS in Veterinary Ophthalmology.
  • Residency trained candidates also considered.
  • Recognized and/or accredited undergraduate degree by the Australasian Veterinary.
  • Boards Council (AVBC). Limited registration candidates also considered.
  • If required, passing the National Veterinary Examination (NAVLE).
