Requirements

  • Has 2+ years of customer service experience (veterinary, medical, or healthcare preferred)
  • Communicates clearly, confidently, and kindly
  • Excels at multitasking and staying organized in a busy environment
  • Remains calm and professional in emotional or high-pressure situations
  • Is reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Has genuine compassion for pets and the people who love them

Nice To Haves

  • Has experience with practice management software (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced veterinary setting
  • Manage a high-volume phone system and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding estimates, services, medications, and hospital policies
  • Coordinate with technicians and veterinarians to support smooth daily operations
  • Handle emotional or sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
