Requirements

  • Has a genuine love for animals and the people who love them
  • Communicates clearly and kindly
  • Stays calm and professional in busy or emotional situations
  • Enjoys multitasking and staying organized

Nice To Haves

  • Has previous veterinary or medical front desk experience (preferred, but the right personality goes a long way!)

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and compassion
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Provide clear, supportive communication during both happy and stressful moments
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every visit
  • Help create a welcoming, organized, and upbeat clinic environment
