Our goal is to create an environment where both people and pets feel supported. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Bridgetown team. This vital role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate client care. CSRs are often the first and last point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in ensuring a positive experience during what can be stressful or emotional visits.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with basic questions regarding their pet’s care
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Gathering, securing, and updating medical records, including uploading imaging and lab work
Preparing all records needed prior to appointments
Collecting and processing payments in person, over the phone, and online
Assisting with client discharge
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, lobby, and front desk areas
