Responsibilities

Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Obtain and document medical history
Verify immunizations and testing status
Communicate patient arrival and treatment needs with medical staff
Process invoices and collect payments
Fill prescription diets, flea/tick prevention and OTC products as directed by a veterinarian
Enter accurate patient data into veterinary software
Help maintain hospital flow and organization
