Veterinary Client Service Representative

Position Overview: Do you have a passion for animals and a knack for creating positive client experiences? We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to be the first smiling face our clients see when they walk through the door. In this key role, you’ll help ensure every visit runs smoothly — from greeting clients and managing appointments to supporting our medical team with administrative needs. Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
- Process invoices payments
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
- Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
- Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
- Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
- Accurately input data into computer software
