Nice To Haves

1+ year of Veterinary Receptionist or Veterinary CSR experience required
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or specialty practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional, compassionate demeanor with clients and pets
Comfortable handling high call volumes and busy schedules
Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling systems

Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Schedule appointments and manage the daily veterinary appointment calendar
Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
Check clients in and out while processing invoices and payments
Maintain accurate client and patient records in veterinary practice management software
Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients
Provide exceptional customer service during both routine visits and emotional situations
Support a positive, collaborative team environment
