Now Hiring: Veterinary Client Service Representative– Be the Heart of Our Hospital! We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, and customer-focused Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building connections, multitasking with a smile, and being part of a team that makes a real difference in the lives of pets and their families. The purpose of this position is to connect patients with doctors so they can get the care they need Be the warm, friendly first impression for clients in person and over the phone Manage appointments, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy Communicate with clients about services, care plans, preventive needs, and follow-up instructions Maintain organized, detailed, and up-to-date client records Support our medical team by keeping the front desk running smoothly Help create an experience that makes clients feel cared for, informed, and valued A passion for animals and the people who love them Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude Experience in customer service (veterinary or medical field is a plus but not required!) Ability to multitask gracefully in a busy environment Comfort with computers and learning new practice software A team player who loves to collaborate and contribute

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Frequently position self and move about the reception area to file, use office machinery such as fax machines and computer, and assist clients with merchandise
  • Frequently transports inventory to stock shelves. Frequently handling 30 pounds and occasionally handling 50 pounds
  • Often transports patients to weigh on scales
  • Perform general physical activities that require bending, standing, stooping, moving from room to room, sit, talk, and listen; may be required to walk or stand for long periods of time; will use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; will reach with hands and arms
