The purpose of this position is to connect patients with doctors so they can get the care they need Be the warm, friendly first impression for clients in person and over the phone Manage appointments, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy Communicate with clients about services, care plans, preventive needs, and follow-up instructions Maintain organized, detailed, and up-to-date client records Support our medical team by keeping the front desk running smoothly Help create an experience that makes clients feel cared for, informed, and valued A passion for animals and the people who love them Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude Experience in customer service (veterinary or medical field is a plus but not required!) Ability to multitask gracefully in a busy environment Comfort with computers and learning new practice software A team player who loves to collaborate and contribute
