The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC), provides Small Animal primary care and urgent care services and Equine sports medicine, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging services. The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordinating daily activity of patients, directing communications with clients during their visit, answering phones, and processing payments. This position is required to cover assigned holidays throughout the year and may be required to participate in on-call duty. Schedule may change due to covering other shifts and it may be required to assist in other areas of the hospital depending on patient care needs. This position is considered essential personnel and requires a post-offer health assessment.
