About The Position

Client Service Representative Come Join Our Team! VCA East Anchorage Animal Hospital is looking for a full time customer service representative, to join our busy seven doctor practice. At VCA Animal Hospitals, we take our mission statement – your pet’s health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal – very seriously. As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who can multi task with ease, is exceptional when it comes to customer service and has a passion for animals. Job duties include appointment scheduling, greeting clients, directing patient flow, computer invoicing & record keeping, reminder calls for scheduled appointments, and cashiering clients at check out. Wage Depends on experience Our hospital is open Monday thru Friday 7am to 6:30pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm, one-two Saturday shifts per month will be necessary.
