Veterinary Client Service Representative I/II WEC (CARE)
About The Position
The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC), provides Small Animal primary care and urgent care services and Equine sports medicine, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging services. The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordinating daily activity of patients, directing communications with clients during their visit, answering phones, and processing payments. Requirements
- Client Service Representative I: High school diploma and two years of relevant experience. Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience
- Client Service Representative II: Associate’s degree and one year of relevant experience or high school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, bend, kneel, pull, push, twist and stand for an extended period of time
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a Client Service position in a relevant field
- More than two years of work experience loading, unloading, restraining, and handling horses
