Responsibilities

Educate clients on SAVES services, products, and workflows.
Accurately prepare, review, and maintain medical records and documents.
Handle appointments, admissions, discharges, follow-ups, payments, and financing options.
Keep client/pet records updated and compliant with Ethos and legal standards.
Recognize cases that fall outside protocol and promptly escalate for guidance.
