Requirements

  • Experience as a veterinary assistant or customer service representative.
  • Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures, scheduling and phone etiquette.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent phone, text and email skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and client communication.
  • Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines.
  • Prepare lab samples and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Educate clients on pet care and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
