About The Position

Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Medical Director to lead our Wildwood location, guiding clinical excellence while providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals, including cats and dogs.

Since opening our Wildwood location in 2000, Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital has grown into a respected three-location network serving the St. Louis community, with our Manchester and Kirkwood hospitals opening in Fall 2023. Our continued growth reflects both strong community demand and our commitment to progressive, high-quality medicine. We operate as a General Practice and Urgent Care hybrid, providing advanced care for canine, feline, reptile, and pocket pet patients. Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college
• Active Missouri veterinary license in good standing
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred

• Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold medical standards across GP & Urgent Care services
• Mentor and develop associate veterinarians
• Lead case discussions and promote collaborative medicine
• Partner with hospital leadership on growth, recruiting, and strategic planning
• Foster a positive, high-accountability, team-driven culture
• Maintain a clinical presence with a customizable schedule
