Veterinarian – Medical Director – General Practice & Urgent Care 📍 Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital - Wildwood: 18962 MO-100, Wildwood, MO 63069 Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Medical Director to lead our Wildwood location, guiding clinical excellence while providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals, including cats and dogs. Compensation: $175,000–$258,000 total earning potential (ProSal with no negative accrual) Bonus: up to $50,000 Annual Medical Director Stipend Schedule: Full-time with flexible options. Choose from 6-hour or 12-hour shifts (8am–2pm, 2pm–8pm, or 8am–8pm). No on-call or after-hours responsibilities. Hours of operation: Monday–Sunday, 8am–8pm. Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college
  • Active Missouri veterinary license in good standing
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred

  • Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred
