The Veteran Directed Care Fiscal Assistant Customer Service provides support to programs and services of Bay Aging. They will provide professional and responsive customer service for VDC calls, perform administrative tasks, assist with enrollment, budgets, invoices, timecard, and billing tasks. This key position reports to the Veteran Directed Care, Customer Service Manager.
