The I-9 Compliance Coordinator ensures adherence to federal employment eligibility requirements through accurate and timely completion of I-9 documentation. This role is critical in onboarding new Employer of Record (EOR) and Agency with Choice (AWC) providers, maintaining compliance documentation, and collaborating cross-functionally with Operations and Compliance teams. The position blends administrative precision with a welcoming, provider-facing experience to support a compliant and effective onboarding process. This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per quarter.
