In this role, the Venue Technology Assistant will provide Point-of-Sale (POS) support for the Legends Global FSU Venue. Key responsibilities include the deployment and tear down of POS terminals, updating sales as needed, and providing administration and internal support for the Company’s PCs, printers, and related equipment. Tasks also encompass end-user support, PC maintenance, POS maintenance, upgrades, and configurations. The ideal candidate will be customer service-focused, capable of working independently, and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with evolving priorities.
