Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with written communication
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations and help create a positive, productive work environment
  • Communicate updates, challenges, and opportunities with the Store Leader in real time
  • Help maintain a safe and secure store, including inventory control, cash handling, and facility oversight
  • Ensure deliveries run efficiently and support upkeep of the delivery fleet
  • Oversee the timely processing of damaged, defective, or returned products
  • Assist with scheduling to ensure strong coverage and work-life balance for the team
  • Support hiring efforts and help welcome new team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws
  • Help prepare reports, track performance, and keep operations organized
