We’re looking for responsible, outgoing individuals to represent WORLDS® at our immersive, cinematic projection shows. This part-time role requires reliability, strong leadership, and a guest-first mindset to ensure every audience member enjoys a smooth and memorable experience. About WORLDS® Shows WORLDS® produces fully immersive cinematic music and art projection experiences for planetariums and giant-screen theaters across the U.S. and around the world. Our mission is to relieve stress, evoke joy, and create a truly mesmerizing experience for our audiences. Each show blends powerful visuals and music in a transformative, meditative environment that uplifts and inspires. We're looking for energetic people to join our team hosting the immersive show MESMERICA . You will be working as an on-site rep and our company ambassador to the venue staff team and audience. This is a part-time employment position. MESMERICA will run at the planetarium as long as there is a demand for seats. Our ideal candidate would be tech savvy, have customer service experience, social media knowledge and an upbeat, positive personality. Must be able to work both Fridays and Saturdays to start from 3:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. WORLDS™️ shows are fully immersive music and art cinematic projection shows for planetariums and giant screen theaters designed to relieve stress, evoke joy, happiness, and relaxation.

Requirements

  • A strong communicator who confidently engages with guests and venue staff
  • Tech-savvy , comfortable using iPhones, mobile apps, and WhatsApp
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented , with excellent judgment
  • A proactive problem solver who remains calm under pressure
  • A team player with leadership skills, able to direct on-site venue staff as needed
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or event operations (hospitality, retail, or similar preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Reliable transportation to and from the venue
  • Great communication skills are a MUST for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Event Setup & Breakdown: Set up and take down signage, check-in tables, and merchandise displays. Ensure all devices are fully charged and ready to use.
  • Guest Experience: Greet and check in guests, answer questions, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from entry to exit.
  • Merchandise Management: Facilitate merchandise sales, track inventory, report issues, and request additional assets or stock as needed.
  • Event Oversight: Monitor event flow, troubleshoot issues in real time, and maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Communication & Reporting: Stay in active contact with the Venue Operations team and venue staff, sharing updates, concerns, and feedback to improve guest experience.
  • Setting up/taking down our lobby setup to include: signage, check-in table, and merchandise
  • Welcoming and checking in our audiences, answering guest's questions
  • Merchandise inventory and sales
  • Overall event facilitation, ensuring a smooth guest experience
  • Offering suggestions or comments on how we can do better
  • Communication: this role requires timely communication with our Venue Operations team
