Requirements
- Applicants must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills.
- This position also requires good judgment, initiative, flexibility and team work.
- BS/BA degree.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining fund formation checklists
- Tracking investor responses
- Filing Certificates of Formation/Limited Partnership for general partner, main fund, side fund(s) and management company
- Distributing closing documents to limited partners
- Preparing closing volumes
