Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Vendor Lead to oversee our vendor relationships and ensure optimal performance, compliance, and value delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative culture that values innovation and service excellence. This role is critical in supporting business operations through effective vendor contract negotiation, performance tracking, and strategic alignment. The Vendor Lead will collaborate closely with our internal training and leadership teams, as well as manage external vendor partners.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements and legal standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and taking corrective actions.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks associated with vendors, such as financial instability or non-compliance, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and ensure open communication.
  • Compliance: Ensuring vendors adhere to all relevant policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Strategic Planning: Contributing to strategic planning related to vendor management, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
