Vendor Manager, Associate (Hybrid)
About The Position
Vendor Manager, Associate (Hybrid) As a Vendor Manager in Retail Bank, this associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including responding to ServiceNow tickets and collaborating with external vendors to escalate urgent matters. Additionally, they will review vendor invoices for accuracy and budget compliance and provision access on Iron Mountain as the requests are submitted via All Access Platform. An ideal candidate will: Build strong connections with vendors and own those relationships Feel comfortable looking at data within spreadsheets and ensuring accuracy Be able to problem solve and determine which tasks are urgent Collect and analyze operational data to generate insights and provide reporting and transparency for leadership Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution/risk mitigation activities Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flows
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Process Improvement Experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years of Process Improvement Experience
