About The Position

Due to growth, we are adding a Vendor Manager, Client Operations to our team! The Vendor Manager, Client Operations (VMCO) is a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years of successful vendor management. The VMCO will interface with brokers, consultants, and clients to manage projects that could include but is not limited to transitioning clients to EpiphanyRx from their current PBM, implementing new services/programs, and facilitating a change in vendor relations. The position is responsible for building deep relationships with EpiphanyRx vendors and their clients so they learn to trust us and have confidence that their needs will be successfully met as seamlessly as possible. The VMCO must have strong relationship skills to work with internal and external partners including subject matter experts across both Navitus and ERx, which will be key to successful vendor relationships. Excellent communication skills are necessary to ensure that all team members are kept well informed of the requirements, any changes, progress status and any potential issues. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
  • Knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred
  • Prefer at least 3 years of vendor management (TPA’s, Consultants, Brokers, etc.), and working with external clients
  • PC skills such as Microsoft Office, Email, etc
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

  • Requests historical files from advisor or client, and reviews layout as needed
  • Host the TPA implementation meetings
  • Review data transmission process, file layouts, timing, etc
  • Determine system hierarchy requirements and build in CRM
  • Coordinate eligibility test files, updates, and production
  • Coordinate claims extracts with all vendors (TPA, stop loss, advisor)
  • Coordinate ID card from TPA for approval
  • Validate eligibility files and extracts post go live
  • Manage data sharing policies and Non-Disclosure Agreements with vendors
  • Troubleshooting any vendor issues to ensure quick resolution, including support of the account teams in helping to facilitate resolution of escalated file issues
  • Other duties as assigned
