You'll own the planning, ordering, and tracking of inventory across hundreds of SKUs — ensuring our shelves are stocked with exactly what our customers need, when they need it. Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you're comfortable working cross-functionally with suppliers, merchants, and logistics teams.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in forecasting tools and Excel (or similar analytics tools).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Suppliers & Merchants: Build strong relationships and align on financial plans, forecasts, and strategic goals.
  • Forecast & Plan Inventory: Develop and maintain monthly SKU-level forecasts that align with business goals and demand trends.
  • Drive In-Store Excellence: Analyze sales and inventory data to improve product availability, reduce excess stock, and boost service levels.
  • Optimize Assortments: Recommend SKU and category-level changes based on performance, customer demand, and regional trends.
  • Manage Product Lifecycles: Support margin improvement by managing seasonal, promotional, and discontinued products.
  • Enhance Supply Chain Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities in transportation, order cycles, and flow paths.
  • Own the Order Process: Create and manage purchase orders from supplier to distribution center to stores.
  • Deliver Insights: Communicate sales, inventory, and service KPIs by SKU and store to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Allocations: Execute store transfers and allocations to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
  • Hit the Numbers: Achieve key performance metrics defined by executive leadership.
  • Act with Integrity: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with the utmost discretion.
