Our vendor partners—especially those in our Silver Community—depend on clarity, consistency, and strong relationship management to grow within the Pax8 Marketplace. The Vendor Alliance Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling that growth by owning relationships with a large portfolio of vendors, driving structured community engagement, and ensuring each vendor has what they need to succeed. In this role, you will guide vendors through launch, activation, and ongoing performance improvement. You will bring order and rhythm to a high‑volume environment, identify opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell, and champion vendor needs across Pax8’s cross‑functional teams. This is a relationship‑focused, programmatic, and strategy‑driven role supporting a critical part of our marketplace ecosystem. You will own and scale relationships across a broad portfolio of Silver‑tier vendors, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality programmatic experience. You’ll help vendors understand how to grow on the Pax8 Marketplace, supporting the broader transformation of our Vendor Alliances organization. Your insights will drive vendor revenue, help identify emerging high‑potential partners, and shape the way Pax8 engages with vendors at scale. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, and Support to remove roadblocks and create alignment. You’ll bring structured communication and escalation management to an environment where clarity and consistency are essential.
