Requirements

• Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused
• Eager to learn and grow in a sales career
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Showcase and demonstrate new vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
• Assist customers through key parts of the sales process with leadership support
• Conduct test drives and answer vehicle-related questions
• Follow up with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
• Pair customers’ mobile phones, set up OnStar, and program radio favorites
• Explain CSI and the importance of customer surveys
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, including fueling prior to customer pickup
• Support the sales team with additional duties as needed
