This is a 3 Month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results
Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
High attention to detail including precise data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass a background check and drug test required
Can sit in any Manheim Market in the Region

Nice To Haves

Some college education (preferred)
1+ years’ experience in transportation field or automotive auction house (preferred)
1+ years’ experience in sales or call center (preferred)

Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency in making real time phone calls through the recorded line to verify vehicle status with pickup sites
Monitor and correct master data files for location errors
Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails
Request Hold Harmless/Releases
Process fees and post assessorial charges to record
Entry of all manual orders and processing of other AS400 system orders
Investigate kickback of VINs by carriers to get units re-dispatched
Manage escalated Client Success VINs with peers and agents
Monitor holds and verification delays
Dispatch negotiation and apply sales tactics to increase margin
Action AutoIMS for Trans Delay Holds, Cancellations, ETAs
Follow up with carriers on several VINs daily
Hold carriers accountable to their plan
Create and manage corrective action of a vendor
Monitor order entry failures throughout the day and correct
Understand margin relative to position and track margin requirements
Build relationships with Manheim Auction commercial team and management
Measure performance and understand analytics for clients and vendors
Report on performance results for high level management and executive leaders
Compile vehicle transportation related data and generate reports
Follow all job-related duties as directed by supervisor
