About The Position

Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld computer Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Stock number Dealer identification number Make, model, year, mileage, color, options, etc. Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received. Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Flag "no key" cars. Direct transporters to the proper car drop zone. Report transport damage as needed. Install trackers into the OBD port on all vehicles. Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving the vehicle through the registration/check-in area. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes, etc.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Safe drivers needed; driver's license required
  • 7 years’ experience as an administrative and/or operational coordinator or any level degree or certification beyond a high school diploma and 5 years’ experience
  • Strong communication and interaction skills required
  • Excellent organizational skills required
  • Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission
  • Flexible work hours, as position requires occasional evening and weekend hours
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear
  • Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.
