We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Exchange Specialist to join our team and contribute to our vehicle acquisition and trade programs. Job Details Salary: From $3,000 to $7,000 per month Job Type: Full Time Location: Gilbert, AZ 85297 Work Hours Flexible shifts available, including Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Shift length varies between 3 to 12 hours or 4 to 10 hours. Requirements

Proven expertise in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with computers and smart phones.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Confident in greeting and engaging with new customers.
Flexible availability to work shifts including weekdays and Saturdays.
Professional, well-groomed appearance.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the USA.
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background check, motor vehicle record review, drug test, and credit report.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in customer-facing roles such as barista, waitress, or hostess.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
Greet and assist customers as they enter the service department.
Ensure customers feel welcomed and comfortable at the dealership.
Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors for dents, wear, and damage.
Check vehicle air conditioning performance and tire condition using a depth meter.
Accurately document vehicle details on appraisal sheets.
Follow the dealership’s appraisal process to create complimentary trade offers.
