Lia Honda Brewster is seeking Vehicle Exchange Specialist to join our growing team. Requirements

  • Proven track record in automotive sales required
  • Previous leadership and management experience preferred
  • Strong deal structuring and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented and professional
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Approach customers while their vehicle is being services
  • Lead and develop the Service-to- Sales process
  • Identify upgrade and equity opportunities within the service drive
  • Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to maximize conversation
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience from service to sale
  • Any other duties assigned by manager
