About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Vehicle Control Officer to support the Space Force Range Contract Typical Duties 112 GSA Vehicles & 32 GFE/Special Purpose Vehicles Monitor, schedule & track preventative & unscheduled maintenance Inform vehicle monitors of assets due to maintenance. Handle daily questions/concerns from Vehicle Monitors/supervisors regarding vehicles & equipment Coordinate activities to repair vehicle after accident/damage Oversee accident investigation paperwork. Notify company leadership & GSA of incident. Submit accident repair report to appropriate agencies. Review vehicles recalls & resolve as necessary. Coordinate vehicles turn-ins/swap outs. Perform bi-annual physical audits & inventories of vehicles (GSA & GFE/SPV) & documentation. Generate AF 601 forms to Base Supply for updating authorization levels Ensure compliance with California Clean Truck initiatives, including inspections, diagnostic testing and payments Review AF 1800s for vehicles/equipment monthly

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in Fleet Management
  • Experience with Property Management and/or Logistics Support
  • High Scholl Diploma

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Maximo software is preferred
