About The Position

Role Description The Veeva Platform Architect is accountable for the overall architectural integrity and strategic alignment of the Veeva platform across divisions. The role ensures that Veeva operates as a cohesive enterprise platform rather than a collection of independent vault implementations, balancing speed, compliance, and scalability. This role operates above individual programs and vaults, owning enterprise-wide architectural coherence and outcomes. It is the single point of accountability for platform-level architectural alignment across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data / Information Management or a related technical or scientific discipline
  • Minimum 10 + years of experience in healthcare, biotech, IT, or the technology industry
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain enterprise Veeva platform architecture, principles, standards and guardrails and establish Platform principles, standards, and ways of working
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and running a Community of Practice (standards adoption, ways of working).
  • Establish and lead the Veeva Community of Practice across divisions
  • Drive cross-divisional alignment on platform strategy, ways of working, and priorities
  • Align platform roadmap and OKRs with enterprise and divisional objectives
  • Govern the Process Atlas as an enterprise dependency and prioritization mechanism
  • Enable reuse, standardization, and continuous improvement across vault families
