About The Position

Intelligence & Security is seeking a VBS4 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support dynamic full-motion video (FMV) operations. The VBS4 SME: Must be able to work autonomously to produce advanced-level FMV intelligence training scenarios for use by Mission Partners and training teams within the VBS4 system. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant IC experience including at least 18 months of experience as an FMV analyst on the GEO-SPI A-004 program (Or MACSS F-003). Will be the primary point of contact on VBS4, the schedule will focus on core daytime hours for direct engagements with Mission Partners, Senior leadership, and Training Teams from all four shifts. Candidates must be will to complete additional polygraph requirements within 6 months of accepting the role. May be required to attend additional courses offered by the customer and mission partner for better understanding of the full spectrum of operation requirements for training scenarios. Position may require additional support on some nights, weekends and holidays when specifically requested. Successful candidates must have the ability to recall past FMV analysis and apply it in the development and implementation of new training scenarios in VBS4, be capable of working autonomously and proactively to meet constantly shifting needs of training and other anticipated needs of the program, as well as the ability to conduct maintenance and updates on software and mechanical systems to help develop future capabilities. Must also maintain advanced knowledge of FMV program tradecraft, standard operating procedures, and corresponding training requirements.
