PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble equipment according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints using hand and power tools and some measuring devices. Checks completed units, ensuring proper alignment of parts and components and notes any need for modification. Conducts or assists in final test to ensure proper operation of parts. Notifies management of malfunctions. Assists in trouble shooting, noting need for corrective action. Conducts hydrostatic tests as required or directed. Grind components as necessary to meet the requirements of individual components. Follow all testing procedures Other duties as assigned.
