About The Position

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Value Stream Leader for supply chain  to join our operations team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all shipping and logistics activities to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products. You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, optimizing transportation processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in logistics operations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where your ability to organize, motivate teams, and streamline shipping workflows will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and overall business success. As a Value Stream Leader for supply chain, you will oversee all aspects of shipping and logistics operations within your assigned area. Your responsibilities will include managing shipping schedules, coordinating materials and transportation resources, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. You will lead and develop your team to meet daily and weekly shipping targets, resolve process inefficiencies using lean tools, and support quality and customer service initiatives. This role also involves approving overtime, managing work schedules, and facilitating internal communication to promote knowledge sharing and alignment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership, with a focus on supply chain
  • Experience with ERP software
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage performance effectively
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality assurance standards
