Requirements

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics, Economics, Public Health or related field of study
• Experience - Three (3) years of experience in analysis, statistics, visualization development with interactive dashboards
• Critical and logical analytical thinking skills
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and identifying the cause
• Ability to establish relationships with internal/external customers

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare data analytics, payer reimbursement methodologies, or claims analytics - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyzes performance of value-based populations to benchmarks and targets to provide insights on status along with opportunities and progress on performance improvement initiatives.
• Provides assistance to operational leaders to support data needs, market analysis, program growth and provider relationship activities.
• Performs routine audits and analytics for existing programs to validate attribution, quality performance and financial reconciliations to payer reports and vendor tools.
• Provides monthly report out and document on key statistics and work for populations.
• Works collaboratively with team members on the execution of projects supporting the strategy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
