Job Summary Directly supports our population health activities in value-based care arrangements, including our networks and alternative payment models. Responsible for providing insight-driven analysis on performance, trends, opportunities, action planning and initiative monitoring. Analyzes performance of value-based populations to benchmarks and targets to provide insights on status along with opportunities and progress on performance improvement initiatives. Provides assistance to operational leaders to support data needs, market analysis, program growth and provider relationship activities. Performs routine audits and analytics for existing programs to validate attribution, quality performance and financial reconciliations to payer reports and vendor tools. Provides monthly report out and document on key statistics and work for populations. Works collaboratively with team members on the execution of projects supporting the strategy. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics, Economics, Public Health or related field of study
  • Experience - Three (3) years of experience in analysis, statistics, visualization development with interactive dashboards
  • CPA, MBA, MHA or related Masters degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience.

  • Healthcare data analytics, payer reimbursement methodologies, or claims analytics - Preferred
