Our culture is built on three pillars: Our Actions - What we do daily to build connections and demonstrate competence Our Opportunities - How we exceed expectations and develop our skills Our Culture - The shared values that sustain relationships and reinforce excellence Position: Valet & Parking Attendant (Hybrid Role) Locations: Austin, Texas | Valet Attendant San Marcos, Texas | Parking Attendant Schedule: Hours during operations (may vary by location) Thursday through Sunday: Austin shifts Saturday and Sunday: San Marcos shifts Listed pay rate is based on an hourly rate plus tip What You Will Do Across both locations, you will: Greet guests with a smile, eye contact, and a welcoming attitude Create strong first impressions and deliver exceptional guest experiences Safely park and retrieve vehicles (Austin valet operations) Direct guests and manage traffic flow (San Marcos parking operations) Assist with app-based parking payments when needed Support traffic control at entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas Open doors, explain processes, and guide guests with professionalism Look for opportunities to go above and beyond in every interaction Support your teammates to keep operations running smoothly You are not just parking cars- you are driving the guest experience .
Requirements
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right and genuinely cares about people
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to adapt between valet and parking operations as needed
- All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.
