All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.
Requirements
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right and genuinely cares about people
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to adapt between valet and parking operations as needed
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile, eye contact, and a welcoming attitude
- Create strong first impressions and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles (Austin valet operations)
- Direct guests and manage traffic flow (San Marcos parking operations)
- Assist with app-based parking payments when needed
- Support traffic control at entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas
- Open doors, explain processes, and guide guests with professionalism
- Look for opportunities to go above and beyond in every interaction
- Support your teammates to keep operations running smoothly
