This open sales manager position involves managing a team inside the Bass Pro Shop located at 10040 Gulf Center Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33913. Vacation Sales Managers are part of our Retail Marketing team, which markets and sells affordable, family-friendly mini vacation packages through retail locations in Cabela’s and Bass Pro shops throughout the country. As a Vacation Sales Manager, you will lead and maintain a high-performing team in a fun working environment. You will be responsible for staffing, developing, and leading a highly impactful forward-facing sales team of 4-6 Sales Representatives who will engage with potential customers to generate leads and sell vacation packages. Hilton Grand Vacations is growing and seeks leaders to grow with the organization, thriving in a fast-paced and energetic environment that flourishes with teamwork.
